Watch out!

Food plays a big part on our body. How we look, how we feel depends on the food we eat. What goes on inside our body is what gives us the ability to see, run, smell, solve algebra problem and do the thousands of different things we do everyday. We're all for admiring the body for it curves and angles, so be careful the food you eat.


Almost everything we eat supplies some fuel for our muscles to burn in order to get energy to move our arms and legs and all other movable parts of our body.


We must think that our body is our home. Our house and body are both important investments. They both provide shelter to invaluable personal property. They're both places we want to protect with all our power. we must know how to make our body stronger, healthier, and younger in and out. Sleeping late, working to much are just some cause of stress. and stress give us wrinkles. We must look younger than our age. Do you Want that?
